8 months gearbox issues

You guys are the most useless company under the sun, we have been struggling with VW SA for 8 months to get our car sorted and all you do is escalate but nothing gets done, clutches on the DSG has been replaced yet the car is still giving issues, we now waiting 3 going on 4 months for mechatronics to arrive with the car standing at the dealer, ETA keeps changing and no one knows anything from the lady Zia at VWSA to the workshop manager, parts manager and regional manager. I'll say it with confidence VW is a sh*t brand and don't care about their customers. Build **** cars and can't assist customers when their **** gives issues. When speaking to the lady at VWSA she told me oh she was sick so nothing else was done. Does VW not have access to their staffs information when they not around or is it just another lie from her. Gatvol is an understatement.
