2024 Amarok Issues

I took delivery of a brand new Amarok 2.0 BTDi 4 motion Style with comfort package on 16 April 2024. The vehicle has subsequently broken down on 4 December 2024. The vehicle has been to three different dealerships, had a torque converter and a gearbox replaced. I have now been told that the brand new gearbox is also faulty and has to be replaced yet again.

There is an inherent problem with this vehicle and I have lost faith in both the company and the vehicle. I have owned two VW Amaroks before this, but I am not willing to take back this vehicle or a replacement. I would like a refund and I prefer to take my business elsewhere after 30 years.

VWSA has not provided any form of resolution to my problem other than acknowledging receipt of my emails to their call centre. (CIC) It is impossible to reach anybody in a senior position in the organization.
