2018 POLO TSI Clutch banging sound

I bought a VW Polo 1.0 TSI 2018 Model Priced over 320K

Since 2018 , about 10000km I have noticed a knocking noice , more like a banging sound comming from the clutch when changing gears.

At first the noise was very subtle , now 2 years later I HATE driving this car. The noise have gotten worse , now almost every gear have this knocking , banging noice.

I have lost count how many times I have visited

1. Tavcor York - George 2. Mosselbay George The technician , Service manager , whomever you name , they have all driven with me and dismisses the sound. Saying it is normal and you have to amend your driving syle.

What a load of *******!!!!!

I have subsequintly driven over 5 other Polo TSI 1.0 models over the 2 year and I have never heard this noice comming from the order Polo's Today I have stopped at Auto Pedigree and tested another 2018 Polo - no clutch noice Yesterday - test drove a 2020 Polo - ALSO NO BANGING CLUTCH NOICE Also test driven 2019 and 2018 Polo's in Mosselbay - NO BANGING CLUTCH NOICE

I have emailed Head Office in PE - Spoken to Riette Saunders in Customer Care Basically no interest in selsolving the issue " The Service manager informed us that thr vehicle is not faulty " This was in 2019

My vehicle not have 35100km on the clock and the warranty will soon Expire - What then ? Or is this what you are waiting to happen! Avoid looking after your customers who pay money for a product that should last them for years to come!

I am not asking for a miracle here - I am asking to show interest in finding the cause of this knocking noice form the Gearbox / clutch!

I have stopped at Tavcor again Today Made an appointment with the new Service manager to go for a test drive with me and compare the sound to a Polo that is on the sales floor. Appointment is for Monday 10am - 2/11/2020 I am not holding my breath

Is there any other alternative in having my issue resolved???
