2016 Polo Vivo defect car

<p>Good day <br />My parents purchased a 2016 Polo Vivo from the Volkswagen branch in Lenasia on the 21st of December 2016. On the day that we recieve it there was already 18kms on the clock. The are many defects on the car and it isn't even a month old yet. <br />Defects are as follows<br />1.Breaks - Although the breaks seem to be working fine there are already black marks on the front mags<br />2.There are sratches on the mirror and door panels<br />3.The pop up latch behind the drivers seat is shorter than the rest<br />4 .The carpet on the passenger side is lifted up and not flashed against the car.<br />5.Material is sticking out from under the cubby hole<br />6.The are still brown tape marks on the car front when the plastics were taken off<br />7.Front seat mechanisms are scratched on the sides.</p> <p>You might ask why are we only reporting this now, we don't use this car every day as we have a Merc as well. The Polo Vivo only has -+250 kms on the clock. We have reported the the latch problem to the branch and we were told by one of the sales consultants that it needs to be brought in to be fixed. The carpet and material problem by the cubby hole were only discovered today. <br />Why should a new car go in for fixing,it shouldn't have any problems. As much as it is our responaibility it is also your consultant's responsibility to make sure that everything was checked prior to purchasing.</p> <p>As a family we demand a new Polo Vivo 2016 model as we are paying a large sum,had we wanted something with so many defects that needs to fixing we would have bought a second hand car. We don't want apologies from the manager, we need some action to be taken. Please feel free to come and check the car our as well as all its defects. There are 3 grown up kids -who know the importance of looking after something brand new.
