2015 Polo Vivo

My cousin Thembakazi Speelman recently bought a brand new Polo Vivo from VW in Uitenhage. The car became faulty and the first time it was checked at VW xthey could not see the problem. I drove the car and I could clearly here that there's a funny sound whe you are driving at a slow speed, our uncle also confirmed this. My cousin reported this and she was told that they will fetch the car at her workplace and give her a courtesy car. The people arrived to fetch the car as told but NO courtesy car. I do not know what how they expect her to drive to and from work...she phoned the sales person and he advised that there's nothing he can do...I am extremely disappointed because I advised her to buy a VW car sonce in driving a polo. She is extremely unhappy and driving around with a faulty car. On Thursday she will be travelling with this faulty car. I am expecting a Senior from VW to sort this out or we will take it up witg the Ombudsman. Her number is ***
