2014 vw jetta clutch damage at 13000 kms

2014 vw purchased last october at vw strijdom park, brand new vehicle with damage occurance on clutch after 13000kms. car was sent to vw Barons pietermaritzbrg where an incomplete report was issued not explaining the entire damage of the components. none of the components have been sent to the original supplier for damage assesment. no response was received from vw for any of the damages to the other components that are beleived to have caused the damage.
