1+ month without a car, thanks VW, you rock (angry vw owner).

There's useless and then there's VW Soweto. My car has now been standing at the dealer for over a month, apparently waiting for parts to be imported from Germany. No one bothers to inform you of the progress unless you call them or send an email. Their service manager, that's a complaint all on it's own. I then contact VW SA who advises they'll take up the matter and get back to me within 24-48 hours. Surprise surprise, no feedback up until I call them and the consultant says "Oh, we are still looking into your matter. The dealer advised they still do not have the required part", a part that was supposed to be delivered at the end of July already. Needless to say, I'll never in my life buy a VW ever again and will advise each and every soul I meet to stay away from Volkswagen and more especially Volkswagen Soweto for repairs/service/anything as they are the least helpful individuals on planet earth.
