1 hour waiting for a VW lift

I booked my car in this morning at VW Hatfield and requested a lift to my place of work as they offer. My car was booked in at 7:12am. It is now 8:25am. One hour and 13 minutes of waiting and nothing yet. If they cannot perform their duties in the service they offer, why even bother offering the service. Then I would rather have arranged for another option. I am highly irritated at this moment with the lack of service at VW Hatfield.<br> <br> #still_waiting
