Zero Customer Service!

<p>Kept my phone in the store and messed me around for 2 weeks only to tell me then that they refuse to assist me. Horrible experience. Got the phone put down in my ear twice and promised a callback on several occasions and recieving none. Countless lies and misdirections used to avoid taking ownership. STAY AWAY</p>
