Vodashop is a *******

<p>I bought a charger which has been changed about 4 to 5 times. The charger i was given is no longer charging as it has the same problem as trhe other chargers that i have been taking back. Yesterday, i took the charger back as it is no longer charging, and the Supervisor i was made to speak to refused to replace my charger saying they have never had anyone returning the chargers which is a lie. She said she will take a picture of the charger and ask the manufacture if they can change it and i asked her what do i charge with in the meantime and she didnt care. She insisted that she will first check with the manufacturer. Why is that Vodacom sells us inferior quality chargers and then when returning the ******* items we are told that they will speak to the manucaturer. Whats stopping them from exchanging the item and then deal with their **** manufactures. I want my monet back and not an exchange. I cannot have this thing that whenever i send the faulty charger back i am told stories, i have just had it! people should not buy chargers from Vodacom. Theres no way i can pay R499 for a Samsung charger and have issues when there are problems with the charger! i want my money back.</p>
