If there was a 0 star option I'd use it. This store, and it seems by Robert du Preez' reputation, every store that he owns is the example of the worst possible service a customer can possibly experience. I will STRONGLY advise against doing business with this *********** team. Unfortunately, it seems it comes right from the top, Mr du Preez himself. A great example of a ********** leader. I wont be diving into too much detail because they'll have a robot respond saying "we will escalate the matter" which I've seen and heard too many times. Months later I'm still calling after a seriously *********** manager known as Morné, who's reputation is almost as abysmal as his boss. My objective with this review is to warn anyone who is about to do business with shops associated with R du Preez. As one can tell, my review is just the latest of a series of really concerning comments of this shop. I will ensure that I escalate this matter to the Consumer Protection Act with relentless intent.
