Vodashop bad service

I went for an upgrade the 10th of May at Vodacom Tygervalley . I took the deal on page 11 on their May booklet for my wife's birthday. You get the Samsung A8 plus the free Gear VR. Everything went smooth where I got my phone and VR. I received a phone call the next day from Vodashop that I must bring back the VR because they were not supposed to give it to me otherwise the saleslady will be liable for it. Me being an honest person brought it back the Monday the 14th. They told me that they are going to show me how to claim the VR from the Samsung Rewards App. Downloaded the app and guess what? No VR that you can claim. They said I must email samsung rewards and the only reply I got was that it has been escalated to Samsung SA. I went 4 times to Vodashop to find out what the issue is and everytime they promise to get back to me. My problem is that up until today no one from the shop contacted me but they were very quick to phone me to bring the VR back. I'm fed up with them. Why advertise something and then there is no fine print and they can't assist. When am I getting the devise??????????????????
