Vodacom what a dissapointment

I have a R206 router, which I have sent in 4 times for repairs for the same problem , and each time they swop it out for a refurbished unit, the one day i got it back faulty. I have been sitting without a router since Feb when I booked it in, I am dependent on my internet as I study and need to be online all the time. I have spend more petrol driving in and out to fetch collect fetch collect , as the actual device cost, Twice they have promised me to give me a sealed unit out of the box! I have a contract, for 4months I have been struggling without internet, this is such an inconvenience and hastle and it is the same problems, each time. This is ridiculous accoriding to the CPA they where supposed to replace it at the 3rd time at book in for the exact same problem and since it is less than 6 months from the last date of repair. I received it back not working. I want this resolved.
