Vodacom Tygervalley bad service rendered

<p>It is with great frustration that I have to send you this email.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the Vodacom Data Store in Tygervalley Centre, Cape town, for assistance with a SIM SWAP. I was assured that the SIM SWAP was performed and that it will take between 4 to 48 hours for the completion of the SIM SWAP. However, after 48 hours I was still unable to make use for the SIM Card. I then contacted 082111 for assistance and the agent then informed me that the SIM SWAP was never performed by the Vodacom Data Store in Tygervalley. The call agent then performed a SIM SWAP for me, however, now I have to wait another 4 to 24 hours before I’m able to use my number again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really respect the Vodacom brand, however, it would be nice to know that when someone assures you of something then you can trust that it will be done.</p> <p> </p>
