Vodacom takes their customers for granted these days!

On the15th of August I booked my phone in for repairs at the Canal Walk Vodashop because the charging port was broken. I filled in all the necessary insurance and repair forms and it seemed like all would be well. I then recieved a message that my phone was being taken to Johannesburg and then later recieved the sms to accept the quote. I rep**** to this sms accepting the quote yet I still kept recieving the sms so I decided to call the Vodashop. The first person I spoke to assured me that they were fixing my phone and that it would be back soon so I took that to be true. I kept recieving the sms to accept the quote even after this phone call so I decided to call again and I was told the same thing, that my phone was being repaired and it would be back shortly. This week I recieved an sms saying I can come and collect my phone as it was back in Cape Town. Today I go to the shop ready to recieve my FIXED phone, yet when I get there the shop assistant asks me if I know whether my phone was fixed or not. I then told him that I don't know and explained to him my process thus far, we then checked the phone to see if it was fixed and discovered it was not fixed. Upon checking the report from vodacom repairs it says that I did not respond to the quote yet I rep**** to the sms and I even called the shop, not just once but TWICE!

Lately I have been having bad experiences with Vodacom but this was just the icing on the cake! They are begginning to feel too secure and starting to take customers for granted. I am strongly considering moving to a new network in May when my contract is over because Vodacom does not deserve anyones loyalty!
