Vodacom Contract

<p>I've been a Customer at the Vodacom store Vodashop at the Picbel Arcade in Cape Town City Centre for about 4 years and have taken out about 8 contracts up to date. I only use Samsung as I'm a photographer and only use it for that feature and they are very much aware of that. I took out the Samsung S7 on contract on the 9th of June and was told that it had a brilliant camera feature When I took my first few pics after charging the phone, I was totally disappointed how poor the quality was and took it back the very next day. They refuse to replace it with another phone and told me there is no reversal of a contract on electronic devices. Only if it was faulty. I'm absolutely unhappy with the fact that I'm stuck with a contract and a phone I don't want. I was really hoping that after that many years of being a loyal customer and currently still having 5 contracts with them, that they would have accommodated me. I was actually waiting for the new Samsung Note 6 to arrive and would not want to go back to them to continue our relationship. </p>
