VODACARE TYGERVALLEY bad service.

<p>I was pick pocketed last week and friday and went to sort out the problem. Vodacare was asked to do a sim swap and it was paid for. After i did the claim from insurance they did not have the phone that i asked for.The sale consultend Jade Jewel that helped me told me the card should be activated in 4 Hours.I phoned this hole week to vodacom to sort out my problemAfter 3 calls to voda shop I went to my voda shop in durbanville and with in half an hour it was resolved.Iphoned vodacare shop and was called by other people exept management to reply to me .this was the wourst clien service I ever had .I WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO RIGHT ABOUT SERVISE AT THIS STORE BAD BAD BAD BAD AN THE CHEAKTO TEL ME IT IS NOT THERE PROBLEM.</p>
