Tygervalley iphone store *****!!!!!!!

Cristal Frank and her team opened an account on my profile without me knowing.I am in Jhb not close to Tygervalley.After receiving sms's from Vodacom,it was impossible to get hold of the store.Cristal then phoned and told me that one of her consultant loaded Debbie Marais new contract onto my profile.Cristal promised to keep me updated with what's happening.......Still nothing from Cristal! Well I manage to get hold of the cutomer Debbie Marais (as I now have a new "cell number".Needless to say ,she was not even informed by the Tygervalley store that her new contract is on my name. How do you open an account without checking id numbers or rica???????????????????
