Terrible repair services

I booked my phone in for repairs Monday afternoon around 1630. Explaining the damages has to be repaired via my insurance with them. I Had to go back the Saturday to complete the insurance papers again, because the repair centre never received them. The Monday they informed me the phone is ready for collection only to discover the papers was still not sent & phone is not repaired. 2.5 weeks later they were waiting 1st on a LCD screen then a few days later on the camera. 3weeks later I was informed my phone is repaired, in a working order & ready for collection @ the collection point, only to get there & find the phone is not there! Eventually received it the following day, still with a broken camera & still not repaired! That's besides the excess I also had to pay!
