Stop of contracts

<p>During March/April I went to Vodacom shop in Cape Gate to stop both my contracts, the lady(i don't know her name, but will reconized her) let me signed the forms to stop the contracts. Yesterday I received my bank statement and found that there is still a deduction from Vodacom. This morning I went to the shop in Vodacom and another lady told me that she can see on the papers that I signed for stop of contract, she informed me that they did sent it thru when I signed it early in April, but vodacom head office did not stop it, and she cannot explained the reason, she said that she will phone me back, up to now I did not get any phone call. I also ask her that Vodacom must give me a refund but she informed me she cannot answer on that. My contract numbers are : *** and ***, the assistant at vodacom gave me a paper with code: C3D-cancellation on it. What now!!!!!!</p>
