Shocking Vodacom

<p>This has been the worst experience i have ever experience at any Vodacom shop ever.</p> <p>and lets be honest that says a lot.</p> <p>They sold me a product base on their advice, that is perfect for my needs. when i brought it back within a few days, after going thru the product and releasing that nothing is like they said, and that i have to buy more things to make this product work, they refuse to return the product and just keep saying you sign the contract.</p> <p>they did not try to help, they where rude in the shop, and had attitude of we don’t care and you will pay for something for the next two years that you dont want.</p> <p>surely the consumer act should protect us against companies like Vodacom!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
