replace if you cannot repair - after R2700 paid

I am so sick and tired of this Vodacom repair centre. My son's phone was in for repairs at this branch - 3 times already. I fell from stairs with his phone in my hand. Only the frame was bent a little. After the first repair, something was loose inside. After the second repair it wasn't waterproof anymore. After the third repair it overheated when my son pushed the power button. The screen turned blue. The phone is damaged. Vodacom, please you must get people that can repair the phones. This phone already cost me R3000 in repairs. Its the price of a new phone. What must I do now? If I try to get hold of someone there at the repair centre, the are always busy and can never talk to me. This is BAD SERVICE. Must I really take further steps? If you are *********** and cannot repair a phone, after 3 times of trying, then really you can replace my phone. What happened to good customer service?
