Repairs dropped my Iphone

We went to cape gate vodacom because the phone wasn't charging. they couldn't help us and sent us to tygervally Ifix. who said we should give it in at vodacom because it is still under warrenty. We then took it to the vadacom in tygevally.We got a notification to fetch the phone and when we got it we saw the phones screen was cracked in the corner. We ignored that at first hopeing the problem was solved but when we put the sim card in the phone kept searching for the network . The woman at the counter even tried the vodacom shops sim and it did the same. So we sent the phone back for repairs and told them the screen is cracked which wasn'n cracked when we handed it back. Now they want me to pay for a new phone as they do not work on Iphones they replace it for the client. I spoke to one of the women at repairs and she told me I have to pay because it my fault the screen is cracked. I asked for the paper work that we signed etc. and all that shows damage is the protective glass we put on the phone. but after we left the shop someone else filled in a sheet as well that shows more bumps and bruises that were never there.
