Refund refused

Bought a Samsung View Cover for my new Note 5. At home after opening it I was disappointed with the Looks, Color and Quality for a R999.00 Cover and I decided to bring it back. Cover is unused and in original packaging. Next day at the store it was pointed out to me that accessories cant be refunded, this should have been done the day before when I bought the cover. Then I had to wait for a full hour to speak to the manager. He basically told me the same and I have to wait for the head office to contact me and then maybe drive to the store again if they agree for a refund. This is pure customer service. Once more I really feel I should cancel my contract and stop doing business with Vodacom. This kind of service I can have somewhere else for less.
