My experience at the IRENE VODA SHOP. I have been a vodacom customer for years I have gone through multiple devices yet remained with the same network. The ****** treatment I received at this Voda shop was so huge I literally even thought of changing contacts and taking vodacom to court. I do not know the code words to having a contract sim swap and everything else that comes with running a store. When I asked for a contract sim as was advised by a consultant over the phone the store assistant went on to scream in my face asking me what do I want? Feeling small I gently said a contract sim. He then asked me if I have the money to pay, I said yes I do he said that will be R106 which I objected saying that is twice the amount of money I had previously paid. His colleague then stepped in and asked me if I was looking to make a swim swap. I said yes. He said then that will be R63. Which sounded closer to the amount I had paid previously. The man who was assisting me then started asking for details, rudely turned his computer to my face and said you see the amount of details I have to input so make it quick, he then got annoyed when I couldn't quickly call out my ID number at that point I was so emotional I was reluctant to ask questions, I needed to know if I could just have a sim and go. He then said whatever you want to I don't know. Then I proceeded to leave the IRENE VODASHOP IN CENTURION.
