PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESNT EVEN WORK

********** service, I wanted to take my laptop to the REPAIR shop in Tyger Valley and got told the cant help me because I bought it online. I have been paying for something that doesn't even work for 3 months now. I have decided to STOP paying it if I do not get any help this month. The call center was shocked when they heard Tyger Valley turned me away, she advised I go to Canal Walk as they are pretty good at their job, well they SUCK at answering calls! I wanted to double check before driving all the way there, called 10 times, the first time a guy answered and said "I think you should talk to..." and just hung up and NEVER answered again. VODACOM. Your. SERVICE. sucks. Your franchises are a PAIN and you obviously do not care about your customer service nor your google reviews and hello peter ratings. I feel like dropping all three of my contracts and devices off at your stores!!
