Pathetic Service From "Head Office"

I have over the years frequented their store based in Table View at Bayside Centre, and have always had problems with this store and the lack of training and knowledge of their staff. Most recently I went to pay my account at then beginning of March as I do every month at this store and the staff member helping me couldn't get it right, after my third visit to the store on the same day my payment was finally processed and the money taken from my credit card. Eight weeks later although they have my money they have not yet allocated my payment to my account hence Vodacom now keeps threatening to cut off my phones because of their inefficiently and unwillingness to sort out the inefficient behaviour and workings of their staff. After many calls, actual visits to the store and e-mails all I have is a lot of empty promises that the problem will be sorted out.
