Non delivery of order

The service I received is absolutely off the worst standard I have ever experienced. I ordered a 3G modem from the branch around the 13th of February 2015. They did not have stock at that stage but said they would order it. Since then I was twice at the store after they informed me that I can come and collect it and to arrive at the store and to be told they can't find it.<br> <br> They then told me they would phone me back and to date nothing has happened.<br> <br> I phoned the store on the 28th about 7 times of which only 2 times they answered the phone and then they put me on hold while I can hear the joking and laughter in the background only to get cut of.<br> <br> This is not the service you would expect from a company of this size.
