No response

<p>I wrote on Friday the 6th the following email to <br ********** <p>and <br ********** <p>and <br ********** and have not a response. That is poor..!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>It is about the "Bayside Mall - Vodacom Shop". Details of the phone, Microsoft (Nokia) Lumia 435 with the IMEI number ********** ********** 8.</p> <p> </p> <p>The phone was in repair already 4 times, and 3 times I got it back with "there is nothing wrong". And once I got it back, with the Vodacom shop manager explaining it to the technician, with all sorted out. Now it is the some way like I brought it to you the first time. The problem is that is all intermittent.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been very patient with Vodacom, because it is not there fault, but there are responsible.</p> <p>Since one year I am struggling with that phone, and I have evens made videos on all the things, which are definitely faulty. The first part is sorted, because I have a new charger, and that is enough. I do not care about 3rd party USB charger. This is the letter which I sent in to explain what does go wrong. Still wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>The phone does not charge correctly. The phone was on charge for 2 hour. There is no movement. After this I switched the camera on. The video shows 10% charging and that symbol when it's charging is on. You can see that I removed the plug, it goes back on 8% in two second. The charger I am using is the original Microsoft charger. Also with 0.5 meter 3rd party USB charger it worked the same manner. This cannot be that I have to monitor the charging of my phone in case it fails.</p> <p>The video is onhttp://My-Domain/cell/Phone_not_charging.avi</p> <p> </p> <p>You will see that after 3 minutes it doesn't switch of and the screen is like frozen. The movement on the contacts and on the weather stopped. Everything else works. It shows you the timing also at the end. It needs me to close the session, and open it again, and it plays with the same settings with sound. I have noted that the alarm before is being soft and gets louder with the time. That must be Microsoft setting. When it happens then only for 2 second the alarm is playing but on the loudest, then it is silent. That doesn't wake me up. It causes me to bring in a second phone to wake me up.</p> <p> </p> <p>The videos can be all found on http://My-Domain/cell/</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a security code setup which is "MyCode" and the alarms are switched off.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still waiting for a solution.
