misinformation regarding cellphone contract

took out a red advantage contract at vodacom pineland and enquired about the samsung gear s watch .i wanted to know whether i could get it with a samsung s5 mini.i was informed by the sales person (Kelly) that it was possible but that there would be an additional mothly fee of R229 per month to which i, (upon discussion with my boss agreed to. I was also informed that there would be a waiting period as they were waiting on stock.NO PROBLEM IS SAID.I WOULD GET MY WATCH AND I WAS HAPPY. 3 weeks later i called still nothing.i was then informed that Vodacom Pinelands will no longer be stocking the gear S watch. the samsung S5 mini would no longer be available and that i should take the A5.(NO WATCH) as my old phone was on its last legs i was forced to accept this .i am bitterly dissapointed in the missinformation i was given, the way the whole thing was communicated (OR NOT COMMUNICATED) to me.<br> to crown it all, one of my colleagues went for the same package (red advantage and received a gear S watch.<br> <br> i contacted customer service at Vodacom and spoke to a Chantel Claasen who promised to follow this up. 3 days later her response was,that i have already signed the contract .
