Lack of product knowledge & bad service

<p>I took my cat phone to Vodashop tygervally in Fabuary 2015 because the screen cracked ( the phone is garenteed by cat to drop 1.8m with out the screen cracking and it is water resistend with a 24 month factory warrenty ) it fell from my lap as I got out my care. I batteld for 5 months with Vodeshop tygervally to have is repaired they kep saying it is out of warrenty and I must pay for the screen I even showed them the ad for the phone in threre pamfled . They evetully send it to cat for repairs. The second time in 2016 I took the phone to Vodashop tygervally again because it did not want to charge the let me know after two day it is water damege and it is out of garentee ( the only time I used the phone in water was in the rain to speak to some one for advice as my car was broken down next to the road ) and again I went tru the whole proses as before. I also cotacted vodacom custermer care they transferd me from one department to another. I then contacted cat and they said I must go and get my phone and send it to there repair shop but if vodacom worked on it my faktory garentee will be voide. I went to get my phone and send it to cat and with in sewen day my phone was back. I feel that for 8 monthes I did not have the use of my phone or the sim card as this was my personel phone and my uther phone was my bisness phone they did not even offer me a loan phone. I have spend hours on the phone and from my work to solve this matter the last time I went to the headoffice of vodashop and spoke to the manger there he told me he will phone me back ( like everybody else said and never do ) . I stop paying my account to get there attention and every time vodacom phoned me I told them the story and every time they they said they wil come back to me. They just phoned me again to ask when I am going to pay but never with any result. Part of your mothly payment is for your device so I feel that I did not have my device for 8 months plus the time from work to solve the problem and cost to send it to cat. </p>
