Incompetence of Vodashop Nelspruit

I handed my Samsung note10 in to be repaired and recieved a sms from Vodashop Nelspruit that I need to to contact them with the job nr to approve the quote. I have now been trying to contact them for the last 8 days, but they just don't answer the phone. I eventually got hold of rhe reception and left the a message to call me and that also didn't happen. I have now left messages with various other departments for the repairs to call me back, but still no one has come back to me. I have now recieved a sms stating that my handset will be returned to me because I haven't accepted the quote. The incompetence of Vodacom is starting to irritate me 😡🤬😡🤬😡😤
