HELP!!! Tygervalley cellphone repairs -BAD

Now, we are really getting fed up. Vodacom Tygervalley group is keeping my cellphone, the don't even try to contact me or help me with repairs or quotation. I sent my sons phone back to them for the 4th or 5th time, and now, because they could not fix it properly, blames it on us. People, be aware of this cellphone repair group in the Western Cape. Please. I already paid R2900 for repairs and only received at the end a cellphone with an airbubble at the back and then the cellphones screen cracked because of the frame that was fitted too tight. Now they say we broke the phone when I have 3 eyewhitnesses that saw it crack. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Now I contacted the Consumer council, because bad service can just go thus far. I will keep everyone up to date, because these suppliers in South Africa think that the consumers are stupid. But now they don't even come back to me. They have my phone now for 3 weeks and doesn't come back to me? Where is my phone? How long does it take to assess my phone? 3 weeks? service - BAD, WORSE, Vodashop Tygervalley Group!!!
