*****ing my signature on a document

<p>so, 4th april i took my phone in for repairs. my iphone6 screen cracked.. i went to vodacom N1 City and they sent it through to Tygervalley. after waiting 3 weeks to hear anything, i called to find out what is happening, they said that it has been declined because i had a different sim in the phone and not the number that is insured. all good and well, i knew that was my fault so asked them to send my phone back. i recieved my phone a few days later with a dent on the side. i immediately called N1 City and the CRM department in tygervalley regarding this. they agreed that it was a fault on their side and would cover the cost. i had to send the phone back to the CRM department and i dealt with Marisca Van Ster. i told them i want a new phone because i sent my phone in for screen repairs and come back with a dent. they said they will have to get a quote and sent my phone to JHB, waited another 3 weeks to hear anything, i kept calling and they were still waiting.. they said they would pay half and i would have to pay the other half still not knowing the actual amount but knowing thats its an iphone6 it wont cheap, ****ed off my now because i might as well buy a brand new phone. eventually waiting so long i asked them to just send my phone back. they said they will cover 2 months of my contract due to the dent. i picked up my cellphone last week thursday 30th June. noticed there was more scracthes on the other side of my phone. i called the next day as it was after hours, unaware of the scratches asked me to send a picture, which i did. waited two days to hear anything from them, i called to find out whats happening they said they will forward me the documents where it states on there about the other scratch marks. waited a day to receive them, called the next day and eventually they emailed it to me, i noticed nothing on the documents that stated the marks and keep in mind, i only signed the first set of documents in April, wasnt given any other documents. while going through the pages, i noticed someone signed a document under my name which i didnt sign.. received **** service and clearly my phone was treated like no one gave a rats **** what happens to it. this matter needs to be dealt with ASAP, its ****** July and nothing has been resolved! will gladly forward the documents to someone who can actually assist me with this matter!!!!!</p>
