Fed-up! Ridiculous service

I recently agreed to a new top up contract for data, they offered 5 gigs a month and when I spoke to the agent I mentioned that I would be interested if I could transfer the data, while trying to see how to do this I found that I could not, I then called the customer care line and was told I cannot transfer data, what **** is that why do I get told hoe to use data that I have already paid for. All networks allow transfers what makes vodacom different, I have been with vodacom for more than 10 years and I can't believe that in 2018 I cannot transfer data! It's pathetic!!!! Clearly I need a network that allows me to use my data my way!
