everything broken

Thursday 6th Aug I was sent to Canal Walk to fetch a upgrade which Stephanie from you admin office arranged. Took the Sony M4 aqua with a free gift and R400 Mpesa voucher. Was not given the voucher which i found out the following day. Was told to go back to store. Did so to collect. Next day found out the Mpesa card was not activated. Was told to go back. I did but not willing . Steve Titus helped me and on my way again. Next day try to use Mpesa card to pay for dinner and look like idiots when it declines 3 times. Had to walk to a atm to arrange other means of payment. Find out card is deactivated as I was not validated in store. Now I'm pi****d off. To top it off I get told to go back to the store. I managed to get the money withdrawen off the card at a vodashop close to me and threw the card in the bin as I refuse to try fix this Again. I opted for a powerbank as a free gift but was told no stock so took a selfie stick. Problem the selfie stick does not work. So what is Vodashop going to do for me to fix this? I'm not interested in the stick and would like the powerbank as I originally wanted. Time and date for me to return the stick please?
