Cancelled my Contracted with out my knowledge or authorization

I received my monthly for January and it stated that i need to pay Vodacom R12.113.75 for the month of jan. When i enquirer to why i must pay them this amount they told me that my account has been cancelled with out my knowledge or authorization.

The only thing they can do for me is to log a service request and then i must wait 10 - 15 working days for this to be resolved, While i am still waiting for my previous request to be resolved

This Vodacom is currently one of the worst service providers ever and they don't care about there client they just want your money , as soon as they own you money they take 10 - 15 working days to finalize the request but if you ow them money you must pay immediately.
