Broken Phone after Upgrade

<p>I upgraded my vodacom contract in April 2016 and chose a New Sony Z5 Compact.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the begining of June 2016, the Sony's earpiece speaker started giving problems. When the speaker touches my ear, it stops working. I have to make all my calls using the loudspeaker or headphones.</p> <p>I immediatly took the phone back to Vodacom Tygervalley shop for repairs. Vodacom sms'ed me in the same week that the phone is ready for collection and that no problem was found.</p> <p>I arranged for the phone to be picked up, and when I tested it, I found that the speaker was still not working. I took the phone back to the Vodacom Tygervalley shop for repair again.</p> <p> </p> <p>This time, they sent the phone away for repairs and I was notified a week later that the phone was once again ready for collection. I went to pick up the phone myself and tested the phone at the Vodacom shop.</p> <p>We found that the back cover of the phone was not correctly fixed after the repair. The technican at the shop took the phone into the back room and after a few minutes came back with the back cover properly in place. Everything else seemed fine and most importantly the speaker worked.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the same week I plugged in the sony headphones, and discovered that now the headphones did not work. A complete new fault after the repair.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took the phone back that same weekend for repair.</p> <p>That has been more than 3 weeks ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>The phone is currently at the repair centre waiting for spare part that are on back-order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very dissapointed in this phone. I upgraded my 2 year contract in April and since then my phone has been at Vodacom for repair longer than I used it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I currently have no clear indication when I will get this phone back that is plagued my manufacturer faults.</p> <p> </p>
