<p>I bought a laptop on contract at Autopage in Zevenwacht mall last year July... I took it on a month to month top up plan. Autopage closed down a few months later and they handed my contract over to Vodacom where my contract was changed to an open line. I received a bill of 12 000 because debit order deductions stopped without anyone notifying me. I have been trying ever since to find out who made my contract an open line I spoke to agents that's very rude and promises to call back but I never received a response from anyone. I made arrangements but I haven't received any feedback. The lady I made arrangements with told me that I cant pay the amount I can afford instead I had to pay an amount she worked out for me. PLEASE HELP I AM REALLY UNHAPPY.</p> <p> </p>
