Bad Service

I app**** for a MoveTime Family Watch MT30 (kids tracker) at the Vodashop Pinelands 2 months back .

I was told by Dean that its on a 1 month back order.

I called back at least 7 times since then and received nothing.

I then called Colleen at the Tygervalley head office and she said she will contact me after she speaks to the suppliers. 1 week later still no feedback from Colleen ( ********** 143). I called her today and she then tells me there is no ETA. and shes not sure when they will recieve it.

Firstly her attitude was disgusting as she is meant to deal with complaints. she was abrupt and rude. Secondly, why do they still advertise this watch if they dont have stock.
