Bad service

I took my phone for repairs at vodacom repairs shop in menlyn for repairs 3 days later my phone has ink on the screen i took it back they repaired another 2days later my phone still has ink ,i called them today the lady says am crazy because I explained to her that i use to come o pick my phone whereas its their fault now the lady on the line said am crazy Then a mamelo said i will get myphone after 2 days qm not happy with thier horrible service
