Bad attitude, poor service &dishonesty

I took out a cellphone contract at Vodacom Bayside, opposite Incredible connection, I was assisted by Clint who pretty much pushed me into taking something I did not want but was forced to given the limited options he gave me. I wanted a Samsung S5 or IPhone 6, which he told me I could not afford as they were R700pm and the best option would be the LG G3 Beat for R429.00 x24. I knew nothing about this phone and I was given a contract to sign without being told what the contract entails. He refuses to give me a copy of the contract saying he will email it, its the 3rd day now and I still haven't received it. I went back to the store the following day to return the device worth R4500.00 which he himself opened but he told me I'm committed to the contract as I signed. I spoke to someone who is supposedly his senior by the name of Colleen Wilson since I was told the manager is on leave for 2weeks, her response 'I am not a sales assistant so I don't know what you want & we are not taking the phone you opened back ' I don't know if that's the attitude she uses, she didn't assist at the end as she said she is going home, regardless of the fact that we had been there for more than 2hrs
