VODAFONE H500-s with a serial number: E2221BXKZ00048 does NOT deserve even 1 star. It is with great regret that I am writing this review cause VODAFONE H500-s has been very ANNOYING since I asked my wife to request the 5G router which is linked to VUMA before it can work. Still, unfortunately, it takes VUMA weeks to come for installation and after the installation is done by their Technical TEAM (TWICE), the VODAFONE hasn't activated the wifi to work. They keep sending duplicate emails all over and over again as automated messages. I work from Home and NOW MY Boss is planning to FIRE me cause I haven't been working since I requested for the VODAFONE 5G Router. It's very annoying how they quickly send the ROUter but Can't activate it to work properly... They can employ workers But I don't see anyone doing the work in that Office. They should close down for good cause I don't know how you will bring a 5G router to someone's house for 2 months without connecting the router. This is costing people to lose their jobs while some are proudly saying that they work for this company.
