Payment issue

I am having troubles with my contract sim at Vodacom, recently they deducted R796.00 because of the issues I raised before but they never follow up that issue...

Few months ago I paid my contract then even worse they deducted money from my account then I reversed the money I sent but they charged me with arrears then I decided not to pay anymore because I have been charged for their mistakes... then now up to this point, they deducted R796.00 from my account last month, then this month they trying to charge me with arrears while I contacted them before i reversed my money but they never try to call me back or act up on my issue

Probably I have been humiliated because I have never experience this with other network which I am currently using.
