Dissatifactory Service

I wrote to Hellopeter on Monday regarding my vodacom invoice after an invoice. Vodacom allocated one of their consultants to assist me and all this person has been doing is talk to me via email and not come with solutions but literally telling me over and over that I will pay the amount they say should pay that I do not agree with even after sending her proof that the contract I signed shows that my monthly installment will be R659.00.
