ZTE Router

I recently opened a new contract with Vodacom and purchased the ZTE Router with this contract of 100GB a month.

I owe can no longer use the router as the support desk cannot resolve my issue.

I have 20GB of data and now have to take my router to a vodacom shop to figure out what is wrong with it. I have a feeling that they will tell email that the router has to go in for repairs which means I will loose my 20GB of data and be stuck at home without Internet for several weeks while they try fix the problem.

I pay Vodacom R3500 a month for the 4 contracts on my name and this is what I receive in return.

I can already guarantee that Vodacom will not bother assisting me with another router while this ZTE router goes in for repairs and I find this absolutely ridiculous. I use the Internet every single day and rely on it to run my organization.

Once again, discussing products and service from Vodacom and I am a fool to continue upgrading my contracts with this ISP.

This will undoubtedly be my last contract with Vodacom as I know for certain, there are jther ISP out there that will Aylestone provide me with a decent router such as an Huawei.

I will provide feedback tomorrow on this and I urge all that consider Vodacom to think twice as their coverage alone is disgusting and their prices on data is pathetic.
