Zimkita the Hero
Thank you so much Vodacom for fixing my issue, this time round calling the call center did work, I got the lovely Zimkita working on my query for me, it has been days, so for her to still call me today (Saturday), missed the first call, and she called me back to inform me everything has been sorted. Amazing Service, Thank you Zimkita, for keeping your cool and handling my complaint so professionally, you have a gem Vodacom you keep her and help her grow!
