Zero support from Vodacom fibre

After logging numerous calls with the Vodacom fibre call enter they just keep being closed. My neighbourhood is experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with the keyword “intermittent” so every time some bright spark test the line they say it works and then close the call. Please stop closing the calls and send someone to investigate why the connection keeps dropping 10+ times a day and then restore itself. I know of two other houses in the suburb experiencing the same thing. It is still an issue and has not been solved yes. Pls phone me on number ended 9977 in this complaint instead

Turns out its an area wide problem and there is no priority on technicians to fix it. Its been more than 2 weeks and Vodacom only knowledge there is an issue but they don't have people actually on site to fix it. People in the area are fuming on social media and everyone is as frustrated as I am. I'm seriously investigating moving my business to someone that is serious about business
