ZERO Service from VODACOM

As of last year November 2015 I am not able to receive or send any sms's, whats apps etc in my area unless I am at home or work and have wifi. But when I travel to Pretoria or Pietermaritzberg everything works fine.<br> <br> I have phoned Vodacom Customer Care 3 times since February and am told that someone from technical will return my call, only once after my first call did I receive a call from technical telling me they are going to send someone to check the towers and get back to me but that was the last I heard from them!<br> <br> So to sum it up I am receiving ZERO service from Vodacom my provider!
