Zero promise delivery
I've phoned vodacom 5 times over the past 4 weeks, speaking to 3 supervisors, last one being Ayden September, who keeps on promising to solve vodacom's extremely slow LTE (consistently slow over 3 different devices and sims) but never delivers on any promise to phone back or fix it. Never had this with Cell C....
